Tina joined the Pozo Goldstein New York team in 2017. She received her Paralegal Certification from Pace Law School and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in East Asian studies from Pace University. She is also a licensed New York State Notary Public. Tina has experience preparing and filing various applications to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and filing motions with Immigration Court.
Musarrat is responsible for client liaison for Pozo Goldstein, LLP in our New York office. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Musarrat is fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
Maria, who is the senior member of our support staff, has held many positions with Pozo Goldstein, LLP. Her current role is Financial Manager and support team liaison. Maria heads our contracts and billing department and is the point of contact for all financial issues related to our clients. Maria is a graduate of the University of Miami.
Ashantti joins the Pozo Goldstein team after a paralegal internship with the firm. Ashantti has a degree in paralegal studies. She is responsible for case management for a variety of immigration cases ranging from adjustment of status and citizenship to business/investment visas and consular processing.
Daniel has a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and a Juris Doctor Degree. He assists the attorneys at Pozo Goldstein, LLP with client liaison and case processing as part of his paralegal duties. His responsibility is USCIS and Immigration Court cases.
Bianca is a paralegal with Pozo Goldstein, LLP. She is responsible for case management for a variety of immigration cases ranging from adjustment of status and citizenship to business/investment visas and consular processing. Bianca’s main focus is litigation support assisting the attorneys who represent our clients facing removal proceedings in Immigration Court. Bianca earned her Bachelors Degree in International Business and Marketing and is currently working towards a law degree at St. Thomas Law School. Bianca is fluent in English, Spanish and Romanian.
Kerrien is a paralegal for Pozo Goldstein, LLP assisting the attorneys with cases involving all immigration matters. Kerrien is bilingual English-Spanish. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Venezuela and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in the United States. Kerrien also completed a paralegal course at the Florida Paralegal Institute. Kerrien uses her education and experience as an immigration law paralegal to assist our clients in their immigration matters.
Kelly is responsible for client intake and liaison. She manages the calendar for Pozo Goldstein and sets appointments for prospective clients and existing clients. As the receptionist for our Miami office, Kelly ensures that our guests are taken care of in a professional, courteous and expeditious manner. Kelly’s upbeat and pleasant personality provides our clients with a positive experience as they interact with our law firm.
